Got it for my wife and I love the look on her wrist. So beautiful! Though! She adjusted the band to her wrist size and fitted perfectly.I set out to find an eye catching Michael Kors watch for my wife and this one was perfect! This watch was everything that she wanted and more. Its color is a bright rose gold, and not a dull stagnant colored looking one. The stones on the bezel reflect well both inside and outside. Everytime she wears it she gets a a compliment on it! The hand dials are large and well designed. She is a small framed woman about about 105lbs, so she did have to take one or two links out of the watch. I paid $10 to have this done at a local mall, but it may not be a requirement for most women. I think the thing that she enjoys most about this watch is the bezel! The pictures don't do enough justice as to the clarity and quality of these little stones. Although they are obviously not diamonds, they give off a dazling glow that is just what you need. Michael Kors always designs quality watches and this one is no different. All of the little detailed work is also well done. The MK on the time adjusting knobs are even well cut. This watch does not scratch easily, and has lasted even after repetitive use by my wife. I would definitely recommend this watch to anyone who wants to have a nice piece to dress up any outfit with! As always amazon shipped it very quickly.At first I was going to return the watch because it appeared to be more of a dark gold than a rose color. After looking at them in department stores and the prices of them I find out that I got a terrific buy on the watch and for that price couldn't not afford not to keep it. It is a very elegant watch and goes with every thing and is very appealing to the eye. It a very well made watch and it appearance shows that, it looks very expensive and well made and not one those knock offs and cheaply made watches that you can pick up off of the street from someone selling them out of their car, etc in New York City. I am very proud to wear the watch and display it on my arm. You can wear it with a casual outfit or you can also wear it more dress up outfit. I am glad that I did not return the watch and decided to keep it. I am very pleased with my decision. I love anything made by Michael Kors and have a lot of his products.. They maybe a little expensive but the quality is great and it is a product that will last you and you get what you pay for. It has been a pleasure. Thank you for making such nice productsI think the MK5412 watch is the prettiest of all the Michael Kors womens watches. It IS a "heavy" man-type sports bracelet watch. I had to take it to a jeweler to have a link taken out, we tried taking out two but it was too tight even for me with bony wrists. I received complements from both men and women the two times I've wore it. The rose gold makes an outstanding statement and the face looks like it's surrounded by diamonds. It's easy to tell time at a glance. It's an attention grabber and just great fun to wear.It comes with a little booklet of simple instructions. The chronograph instructions were easy enough although the dials on the watch make it seem so much more complicated.I was a little self-conscious about wearing it the first time because it attracts so much attention, but I soon got used to it. It's was a gift from my son so it's really special to me. If there is anything I would improve upon, it would be to have the numeral indicators luminated as well as the hands.It's been over 6 months. I have been more than patient. This equipment was faulty I shouldn't have to wait this long. When I first sent the watch back in May the sellr stated , it would be 4-6 weeks for a replacement. My diamond bezel came off and the whole face plate of the glass on the watch. I have read other review of different things falling off the watch not too long after the customer purchased it. So it's very clear it's not just my watch that this has happened. My concern is the business ethics, and making sure the customer it taken care of. I don't feel like there is any type of urgency although my money was quick to be withdrawn. Now that everyone got their money helping me and replacing a faulty product that cost $300 doesn't mean anything. That's not doing good business, I keep getting put off week by week month by month. It will be a year in February since I purchased this watch. When is the customer left with being taken care of and satisfied here? It looks like people are just in business to take people money and not take care of them when a product is obviously defective. A normal and defective free product would not just come apart like this. I paid for the watch because of the look and the brand thinking it was of good quality. Now to come 6 months later taken advantage of. This is not right and customers should know what this product and seller is about. If you are working with Michael Kors it doesn't seem like you are working for your customer. I am very dissatisfied and unhappy with being taken advantage of. Don't buy this product or any other Michael Kors product you could be in my situation.Beautiful watch! I get tons of compliments since I started wearing it. I've only had it for a few days and so far, none of the crystals have fallen off and color hasn't rubbed off. I will update my review if any of it happens in the future. For now, very happy with the purchase. I deducted 1 star because this watch is heavy! If not for the crystals, I would think it's a men's watch. Even after removing a few links to fit me, it's still heavy. So if you have a fairly small wrist... this may be too heavy for you to wear on a regular basis. Occasional wear would be great!I got the Michael Kors Women's MK5412 Dylan Rose-Tone Watch and it wasn't working as the battery was dead when it arrived. I took it to the MK Store at the mall to have them take the links off as it was too big for my wrist as well as to have them replace the battery. They don't replace the battery but they took the extra links out. I ended up taking it to "Fast Fix" store (MK Store referred me to) to have them replace the battery for $45.00!!!Overall the watch is beautiful and nice. It's a very solid watch.I bought this watch as a Christmas gift for my wife.We took it to the jewellers who are an official Michael Kors outlet to have some links removed and were told by the jewellers they could not remove the links and the warranty card was not stamped. The jewellers told us this is fake.Aside from the fact this is apparently fake, it is of no use as too big for my wife and can't remove the links. Very disappointed.We are returning the item for a full refund, although we haven't yet had a response to our complaint!Very pleased when I received the watch it looked great but after 2 days it broke, the glasp notch broke so it wouldn't do up. Sent it back which was easy to do and my money returned to my account very quickly so the service was very good but I am very disappointed with the product and will not be purchasing another of this style.FAKE!! DO NOT PURCHASE! I sent mine back straight away. As soon as o opened the package, I knew something wasn't right. The watch itself stunk of rust and the colour was off.
